Our goal is to provide quality, in-demand programming that fits the needs of the mechanical contracting industry. Classes span a wide range of topics, including safety, technical and service training, business management, computer technology, and field leadership.

Project Manager and Foreman Training Program

Led by the MCAA’s National Director for Project Management and Advanced Supervisory Education, John Koontz, this 5-Day combined program offers a total of 40 training hours. Learn the best practices, personal traits and skills that can be applied by project managers and foremen to give them the attitude, aptitude, and desire to improve and succeed.

Our Approach

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Eastern Missouri offers outstanding programs crucial to the ongoing success of our contractors and the construction industry in Eastern Missouri. We carefully select our programs and facilitators to provide quality programming for our members and contributors, their personnel and field supervisors. Our 4,000 square-foot facility is designed to foster collaborative learning and growth.

MCA Student Chapter

Founded in 2015, the MCAA student chapter from the University of Missouri-Columbia captured First Place in the Final Four Competition at the MCAA National Convention in San Diego in 2017. The UMC chapter was also named MCAA Student Chapter of the Year from among a total of 52 student chapters nationwide.
